My name is Delia Azucena. I was born in the beautiful capital city, San Salvador, El Salvador. I’m a mother of two school-age children. I graduated from a vocational program in preschool education, and since moving to the United States I have continued my studies in Early Childhood Education. I’m currently an EEC-certified Infant/toddler teacher at LSIP. It is a privilege to be part of the children’s growth and development. I enjoy singing, doing puppet shows, offering sensory exploration, and making lifelong memories with them.

I consider myself a caring, kind, and empathetic person. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing basketball, going to the gym, and spending quality time with my family.

Working at LSIP has been a wonderful experience. I feel so proud watching the children achieve their milestones and begin to speak Spanish in a very natural way.
