My name is Johana Ospina, and I was born in Antioquia, Colombia. In college, I studied international business. I have always felt a deep calling to work with children, which led me to continue my studies in Early Childhood Education. I’m a certified preschool teacher at LSIP, and my mission is to create spaces where children feel safe, listened to, and encouraged to learn and explore the world around them. I believe the early years are fundamental for building solid foundations in emotional, social, and cognitive development.

I am a responsible, patient, and empathetic person. I love my daily routine with the children, and I feel proud when they reach their developmental milestones. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, going for walks, and spending time with my son.

Being part of the LSIP team has been a deeply enriching experience. I learn more each day alongside the children and staff, and it is very exciting to see the children speak Spanish so naturally.
