My name is Esperanza. I am originally from El Salvador, where I earned my degree in education. I have been teaching for 31 years, and I have taught from K through 9th grade. I am excited to continue developing my abilities and applying my experience and knowledge in the field I love the most, which is education.

I believe that every child is a unique individual, with their own way of learning, pace, and interests. My mission is to nurture curiosity, foster social-emotional development, and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning through play-based, developmentally appropriate practices.

I describe myself as flexible with constant changes, positive, and energetic. In my free time, I like writing, walking, knitting, and painting. I have many goals as an Early Educator, and one is to create positive and lasting memories for my students.
